Meet The Face Behind PARADOX MARKETING

I’m Shelby Pratt, the proud owner of PARADOX MARKETING. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Growing up in a small town called Culpeper, Virginia, I have always had big goals of fast progression in the workforce. With this goal in mind, I got into the business straight out of college, establishing PARADOX MARKETING at the end of 2021.

Though we are a relatively new venture, with our commitment and innovative approach, we are seeing rapid growth, and opportunities are now coming thick and fast. I love the people I work with the most, and then success comes a quick second. To say I have my own successful business is pretty rewarding and having people look up to me is humbling and inspiring at the same time.

My philosophy is always to go the extra mile in the beginning so you can walk the rest of the way there.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, I admire the ones that work the hardest for their goals. I keep those people around, and our progressive and fun environment is a result of this. My student mentality and commitment to teamwork and building a solid foundation have also been major advantages on my journey.

Watching people grow and hit their goals and get 1% better each day continues to give me immense satisfaction and inspiration.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I like travelling or doing something creative. I also enjoy watching stuff on Disney+ or Netflix. I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, support green incentives, along with various charities and causes close to my heart.
