Shelby now offers exciting new ideas and exemplary work ethic to meet the needs of others. Through her student mentality and professionalism throughout the office, she quickly rose to the current position of Branch Manager here at Paradox Marketing. During her short time here, her drive and passion has helped her grow as a person and as a business professional in this company. We are excited to see what else she has in store.

In the many different experiences he has had in his life he uses that to relate and communicate appropriately to his colleagues and team. Darnelle knows that he has a lot more learning to do and wants to pave the way for many other leaders of color.

Tyriek Rush is an Account Manager at Paradox Marketing. His goal is to be the beacon of excellent customer experience. Not only does Tyriek plan to increase value for the customers and help them grow with product knowledge, but he prioritizes their needs for the best experience. Being approachable and teaching, Tyriek was able to make Account Manager at a fast pace. His ideology is what makes his leadership skill that much more authentic in and around the office, with fast problem-solving and analytical thinking. Leading by example he shows what it means to step up and put his team first and make sure they all succeed. Even though the journey has just begun for Tyriek, he has shown great promise for what the future holds.
